The service includes website creation, implementation, configuration and basic technical maintenance for the first year after publication.
After the first year, further maintenance, hosting, updates, technical changes and other work are handled according to the scope agreed before the work begins.
This policy also applies to the use of audyt.zarazwsieci.pl, including automated audits, private reports and the optional Google Search Console integration.
The audyt.zarazwsieci.pl tool analyzes publicly available website elements and may, after the user grants the appropriate OAuth permissions, read Google Search Console data required to prepare a private analysis.
Audit results, scores, detected issues and recommendations are generated automatically from available data and are informational. They do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, sales, indexing status or search result.
Users should verify recommendations before implementation, especially where they involve technical changes, page removal, redirects, indexing or business data.
Google Search Console data connected by a user remains private and is not presented in public reports generated by the tool.
Connecting Google Search Console is optional. Users may only connect accounts and properties they are legally authorized to access.
The integration uses Google OAuth 2.0. The tool does not obtain the Google Account password but stores an encrypted OAuth token required to maintain the connection.
Users may disconnect the integration and delete the saved connection. Disconnecting may make features requiring Google Search Console data unavailable.
The integration depends on Google availability, quotas, policies and product changes. Temporary delays, missing data or interruptions caused by Google do not constitute improper performance by ZarazWSieci.
Users must use the tool lawfully, for its intended purpose, in accordance with Google rules and without infringing third-party rights.
In particular, users must not connect third-party properties without authorization, bypass security controls, attempt to access other users’ data, disclose tokens or login credentials, overload the system, abuse the interface through automation, or use the tool for illegal, spam-related or harmful activity.
In the event of a breach, security risk or abuse, access to the tool may be limited or blocked to the extent necessary to protect users, data and infrastructure.
The client is fully responsible for all content, materials, photos, graphics, texts, data, files and information provided for publication on the website.
The client confirms that they have the rights to the provided materials and that publication does not infringe third-party rights, law, copyright, trademarks, personal rights or other protected rights.
I am not responsible for content provided by the client or for the effects of its publication.
The client is responsible for the way the website and audit tool are used, including added content, changes, integrations, marketing, sales, legal activity and any actions performed through the available features.
I am not responsible for actions of the client, employees, collaborators or third parties with access to the website, admin panel, audit tool, Google Account, hosting, domain or other tools.
If the website is deployed on infrastructure, hosting account or technical environment managed by me, the client must use the website legally, properly and according to the purpose of the service.
It is forbidden to publish illegal or harmful content, content infringing third-party rights, viruses, malware, spam, phishing or other elements that may threaten infrastructure security.
If violations are found, I reserve the right to temporarily limit access, secure the website, disable it or remove harmful elements.
Website changes, fixes, feature expansion, content updates, technical updates and additional work after the agreed project scope may be billed separately.
The scope of such work is agreed individually before it begins, based on the changes that are actually needed.
Audit tool features may be developed, changed or temporarily disabled for technical or security reasons, because of changes to external services, or to comply with law and provider policies.

Audit results and recommendations do not replace individual technical, legal or business analysis. Liability is limited to the scope of services directly ordered and completed as part of the agreed cooperation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Basic technical actions may be performed as part of website and tool maintenance to support correct operation and security. The client should still keep copies of important materials, content, files and data provided for publication.
Users are responsible for protecting their account, devices and access credentials and should promptly report any suspected unauthorized access.
I am not responsible for data loss caused by the client, third parties, external system failures or unauthorized access resulting from circumstances outside my control.
Using the services, website or audyt.zarazwsieci.pl means accepting this policy. The client or user confirms that they have read these terms, the privacy policy and the scope of their responsibility for content, connected accounts and use of the available features.
