Privacy Policy

Effective from 29.07.2026

1. Privacy contact

For privacy matters, contact form questions or matters related to audyt.zarazwsieci.pl, you can write to: [email protected].

This page explains what data may be processed when using the Zaraz w Sieci website, contact form, payments, live chat and audit tool.

2. Data we process

We process data voluntarily provided through the contact form, in particular full name, e-mail address, phone number, message content and information about the enquiry or planned project.

The website may also process basic technical data related to website use, such as IP address, device and browser information, visit date and website usage data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data to handle enquiries sent through the contact form, reply to messages, continue correspondence and prepare a cooperation proposal.

Data may also be processed to perform a contract or take steps before entering into a contract, comply with legal obligations, secure possible claims, maintain website security, provide audit tool features and compile basic website statistics.

The legal bases include user consent, necessity for pre-contractual steps or contract performance, legal obligations and legitimate interests related to correspondence handling, rights protection and website security.

4. Contact form

Using the contact form requires providing data that enables us to respond and prepare an initial quote. Providing data is voluntary, however without contact details and a message we will not be able to reply to the enquiry.

Before sending the form, the user should read this privacy policy and confirm consent to data processing for the purpose of handling the enquiry.

5. Tawk.to live chat

The website may use Tawk.to live chat to let visitors ask quick questions about websites, online stores, SEO or cooperation. The chat may process data entered in the message, IP address, technical device data, approximate location, conversation history and cookies or similar identifiers needed for chat operation.

Do not enter sensitive data, passwords, full payment details or information that is not necessary to handle the enquiry. The tool is provided by Tawk.to, and using the chat may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards.

6. Online payments through Stripe

If you use an online payment link, payment processing is handled by Stripe. Payment details are submitted directly to the payment provider. We do not store full card data.

In connection with a payment, we may receive information needed to confirm the order, settle the service, handle complaints and meet accounting obligations.

7. The audyt.zarazwsieci.pl tool and Google Search Console

The tool available at audyt.zarazwsieci.pl allows users to run a website audit and, after voluntarily connecting a Google Account through OAuth 2.0, read Google Search Console data for properties the user is authorised to access.

The data read may include clicks, impressions, CTR, average position, queries, pages and indexing information. The data is used solely to provide the user with private results, analyses and recommendations available in the tool.

The tool stores an encrypted OAuth token required to maintain the Google Search Console connection. Zaraz w Sieci does not obtain or store the password to the user’s Google Account.

Google user data is not sold, used to serve advertising or disclosed publicly. Google Search Console data is not displayed in public reports.

Users may disconnect the integration and delete the saved connection at any time. When the connection is deleted, the active OAuth token stored by the tool is removed, and access may also be revoked in the Google Account security settings.

The use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Storage period

Contact form data is stored for the time needed to handle the enquiry and related correspondence, then for a period justified by protection against possible claims or until an effective objection or withdrawal of consent, where processing is based on consent.

Data related to contracts, settlements or legal obligations is stored for the period required by applicable law.

The encrypted OAuth token is stored while the Google Search Console connection remains active. The user may end this period by disconnecting the integration and deleting the saved connection.

9. Data recipients

Data may be shared with entities supporting the website and communication, in particular hosting, database and e-mail providers, contact form tools, Tawk.to, analytics services, Stripe, Google for OAuth and Google Search Console operation, and authorities entitled to receive data under applicable law.

Google Search Console data is not sold or transferred to third parties for advertising, advertising profiling or data brokerage purposes.

Where providers are located outside the European Economic Area, data transfers are carried out using the safeguards required by GDPR.

10. User rights

Users have the right to access their data, receive a copy, correct, erase or restrict processing, request data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority if they believe data processing infringes applicable law.

11. Cookies and technical data

The website may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure correct operation, improve usability, compile statistics and, if such tools are implemented, support marketing activities.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics operate with Google Consent Mode. Until consent is given, analytics operates in a limited mode without analytics cookie storage; after consent, full website measurement may operate.

Tawk.to may use cookies and similar identifiers to maintain a conversation, remember the session and handle an enquiry.

The audyt.zarazwsieci.pl tool may use necessary session and technical data for sign-in, maintaining the OAuth connection, account security and correct audit operation.

Users can change cookie settings in their browser. Restricting cookies may affect some website features.

Technical data, including IP address, may be used for security, diagnostics and aggregated statistics.

12. Profiling and automated decisions

User data is not used to make decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect users.

Automatically generated audit results and SEO recommendations are informational and do not constitute decisions producing legal effects for the user.

If analytics or advertising tools are implemented in the future, they may help assess marketing effectiveness but will not be used for automated legal decisions concerning the user.

13. Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated due to website changes, audit tool features, integrations used or changes in law.

The current version of the privacy policy is always available on this page.
